These terms apply to your use of cablog.co.uk and requests to join the CabLog private pilot.

The website provides product information and a way to request pilot access. It does not create an account, start a subscription or take payment. Pilot places are limited and access is not guaranteed.
1. About the website
CabLog is operated by Michael Ioannis, trading as CabLog. It is a developing personal management system for HGV drivers. The website describes features included in the current private pilot. Features, appearance, availability and launch plans may change during the pilot.
2. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, misuse contact facilities or infringe another person's rights.
3. Pilot access and communications
Requesting pilot access does not guarantee a place, continued access, a particular launch date, future free access, a price or any specific feature. Pilot access may be limited or withdrawn to protect the service or manage testing. You may ask us to remove your contact details at any time by emailing support@cablog.co.uk.
4. Driver information and calculations
Descriptions, app indicators and example figures are illustrative. CabLog is not a tachograph, payroll service, legal adviser or replacement for official records, employer compliance systems or professional advice. Drivers and operators remain responsible for checking records, pay, tax and compliance with applicable drivers' hours, working-time and other rules.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with website content, but the early-access website is provided for general information. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, current or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The CabLog name, wheel-letter branding, website design, copy and original materials are owned by or licensed to CabLog. You may view the website for personal use, but must not copy, reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit its materials without permission, except where the law allows.
7. Links and email services
The website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Email delivery is also dependent on third-party providers.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, CabLog is not responsible for loss caused by relying on illustrative website information, failure to keep independent official records, misuse of the website, or events outside our reasonable control.
