These terms apply to your use of cablog.co.uk during CabLog's early-access and development stage.

The current website provides product information and a waiting-list contact facility. It does not create an account, start a subscription, take payment or form a contract for the future CabLog service.
1. About the website
CabLog is operated by Michael Ioannis, trading as CabLog. It is a developing personal management system for HGV drivers. The website describes intended and trial features. Features, appearance, availability and launch plans may change during development.
2. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, misuse contact facilities or infringe another person's rights.
3. Waiting list and communications
Asking to join the waiting list does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, a free trial, a price or any specific feature. You may ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing support@cablog.co.uk.
4. Driver information and calculations
Descriptions and example figures on this website are illustrative. CabLog is not a tachograph, payroll service, legal adviser or replacement for official records, employer compliance systems or professional advice. Drivers and operators remain responsible for checking records, pay, tax and compliance with applicable drivers' hours, working-time and other rules.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with website content, but the early-access website is provided for general information. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, current or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The CabLog name, wheel-letter branding, website design, copy and original materials are owned by or licensed to CabLog. You may view the website for personal use, but must not copy, reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit its materials without permission, except where the law allows.

The website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Email delivery is also dependent on third-party providers.
